About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, fast-acting Appointment Setter to help us scale a proven online business mentorship program.
You’ll be the first point of contact for leads who have shown interest by opting into our training. Your job is to respond within minutes, qualify leads through our internal criteria, and book them into our advisor’s calendar.
This is a performance-driven role designed for someone who thrives in a speed-to-lead sales environment, understands how to build trust quickly, and communicates with confidence and clarity.
About the Program
We help everyday professionals build and scale profitable online businesses through a structured Ecommerce mentorship program. Our system combines training, accountability, and backend support to deliver real-world results for clients ready to take action.
Core Responsibilities
- Qualify leads using our internal criteria
- Book them into our closers calendar
- Objection handling
- Update CRM with lead notes & progress
- Re-engage warm but inactive leads in your pipeline
Compensation
OTE: £1,400+/mo depending on volume & performance
5% commission per close you originate
Bonuses available when monthly targets are exceeded
What We're Looking For
- Previous appointment setting experience (training is provided)
- Clear communicator who builds trust fast
- Understands urgency and speed-to-lead best practices
- Coachable and open to feedback
- CRM experience preferred
Availability
- Must be responsive during UK hours
- Must have: Access to phone & laptop
